Is Your Co-Founder Partnership Accelerating Your Growth, Or Limiting It?

INTRODUCING: MY CO-FOUNDER ROCKET FRAMEWORK

My 8-part framework helps you make sense of the subjective, complex reality of co-founder partnerships - turning it into something clear, visible and actionable. So you can understand what’s going on and what needs attention.

Most founders spend huge amounts of time refining the product, strategy and pitch. Very few spend enough time designing the partnership that holds the business together, and actually enables it to grow.

And yet, co-founder breakdowns are one of the biggest reasons startups fail (65% of startups fail due to co-founder fallout, to be precise…)

This free online seminar is designed to help you step back and assess the strength of your co-founder partnership, live in the session - before problems become costly.

Using my bespoke Rocket Framework - built from 18 months+ of research, co-founder interviews, real client sessions, and input from other experts in the founder ecosystem - we’ll explore the core elements that make co-founder partnerships resilient, high-performing and capable of navigating pressure as the business grows.

I created the framework because co-founder partnerships are often highly emotional and subjective experiences (I’m a co-founder myself, so trust me, I get it). The Rocket is designed to bring more objectivity to that complexity - helping founders identify specific areas to understand, discuss, strengthen, and take action.

IN THIS SESSION YOU WILL:

  • Reflect on the strengths and pressure points in your partnership with a live assessment (FYI - you won't have to share any of this)

  • Identify two areas of your partnership to actively work on

  • Leave with practical ideas on how to do that

  • Understand the partnership patterns that repeatedly create friction, misalignment, and burnout

  • Learn the core principles of my Rocket Framework

WHO THIS IS FOR:

  • Partnerships navigating pressure, growth, or changing roles

  • Founders who want to proactively strengthen how they work together

  • Founding teams preparing to scale

  • Co-founders building a startup together

Whether things are going well or feeling stretched, this session will help you build more clarity, alignment, and resilience into the partnership.

FYI - you don’t need to attend with your Co-Founder!
You’re welcome to join the session together, but you can absolutely attend solo and take the framework and materials away to discuss afterwards.

The strongest partnerships don’t happen by accident.

They’re intentionally designed, regularly recalibrated, and built to evolve alongside the business.

Join this session to find out how to do exactly that.

  • "Nicki's session was genuinely valuable because her experience, having walked the same path as the founders we support, allowed her to bring her frameworks to life

Co-founder relationships are one of the leading reasons companies derail and it's an area we focus on heavily in our own due diligence, so this was exactly the right session for our program.

Nicki was a pleasure to work with, and the session was clearly well-crafted for the stage of businesses we support. Thank you, Nicki!"
